Our Conclusion

Both of these weather stations are popular and above average in terms of features offered and value for money. Ultimately, the Nexus has a stronger feature set and is worth the money if your budget can stretch to over £150. If you are on a tighter budget, the BAR208 is only slightly less able but with a street price of under £50 here if you are quick. Pound for pound, the WeatherStationsForHome Seal Of Approval (honk honk!) goes to the Oregon Scientific BAR208 Wireless Weather Station.
